Sanjeev Sisodiya

Sanjeev Sisodiya is a software engineer turned customer success leader. He led the sales, customer success, solutions engineering, and support teams at Postman - growing it from just 2 members to a team of 50+ people. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Customer Success Officer and SVP of Business Development at Persistent Systems, a public company in the US. He launched the customer success role at Persistent and led enterprise collaboration and social media management, launching Voice of the Customer, NPS, and QBR programs.
