Arundhati Balachandran

Arundhati Balachandran currently serves as the Global Head of Sales and Customer Success at Wati. Prior to this, she served as the Global Vice President at Chargebee, where she spent over 5 years setting up sales development teams and grew the customer success team 20x. As the Global Head of Customer Success, she was also responsible for the entire lifecycle of expansion, retention, and product adoption. Arundhati’s expertise spans across the entire lifecycle of GTM, from Revenue Management, Account Management to CX.
